Welcome to apartment SIVENA!

Apartment SIVENA is situated in Zlin – Příluky, a quiet suburb of Zlin, and offers a place to relax as well as actively explore surrounding areas. The apartment consists of two spacious rooms with a bathroom and an access to a garden. The apartment can sleep up to 4 persons. Our guests appreciate its cleanliness and comfort as well as reliable Wi-Fi connection.

In a close proximity of the apartment you will find a number of restaurants and other amenities. Just few houses down the road, you can visit a winery Sklípek u Tomáše and in just under 5-minutes of walk you will get to the renown Czech restaurant U Johana. There is also a grocery store, an outdoor swimming, a number of children playgrounds and an access to major cyclo-path.

Prices for 2024 are mentioned below and I can provide a discount for a long-term stay. For a small fee you can also rent a bike, a baby-cot or garden grill.
